The project consists of a vacation home with three bedrooms, bathroom, living room and dining room and a small kitchen and a small outdoor swimming pool. The land is sloped and has a particular configuration elongated and pointed. However, the fact that faces south, allowing a good exposure to the sun, and enjoy a particular natural view. For functional reasons
and integration, it was decided to organize the main entrance at street level, where it was possible the transit of cars. This road leads north to the top of the lot. However, p can reach the house by a more rustic route from the south. Its fragmentation, necessary due to the topography of the land, transforming it into a composition of small linked and interconnected volumes. In this modius various functions are clarified and any elevation corresponds to a single compartment. The roof is a garden similar to traditional land threshed and patios of the regions to the north by the hilly terrain.
With a linear position at the center of the lot have been preserved all existing trees, that maintain such a strong panty area, the more that maintain continuity with the immediate surroundings and provide a feature of originality. The forms that appear to result from a rigorous, modular geometric abstraction, provide the necessary rotation of some modules to adapt to the terrain, and keep away from the borders of the neighborhood, however, seem to move naturally with absolute liberty.
The house is itself a path, its shape is organizing a key road outside. The external stairs create a link between the patios, stairs inside the same function of connecting the compartments also developed levels, so that the outer scale corresponds the internal levels.
The need to bury part of the house derives from the lack of economic means, and thus creates a positive thermal behavior and safety.
